Professionally, Brother Presley is a quartermaster warrant officer with over 22 years of military service in the Florida Army National Guard. He deployed 2008-2009 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and is currently tasked to support community based counterdrug operations throughout the State of Florida. Brother Presley is a proud graduate of William M. Raines High School (2002) in Jacksonville, FL. He also holds a Bachelors of Social Science from Jacksonville University (2012) and a Masters of Administration from Barry University (2015).
Brother Higgins is a dynamic business owner and entrepreneur, leading three successful companies: Hire G.I. LLC, MatchXpert.com, and Command Financial Services. His passion lies in connecting military-friendly employers with top-quality military talent. Through his work, he guides corporate partners to develop strategies that build pipelines of exceptional candidates. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Tennessee State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. Brother Higgins is also married and has three children.
A native of Greenwood MS, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, (Chicagoland Campus) and his MBA degree from Northcentral University(global campus). Brother Rhodes is passionate about becoming a Naval Officer and enhancing his leadership practices to guide active and potential sailors who have the same passion. Brother Rhodes enjoys grilling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Professionally, brother Williams serves as a Principal in the Duval County Public School District in Jacksonville, Florida. As principal, Bro. Williams has proven to be a strong instructional leader, culture and community builder, and operations expert. Bro. Williams has also previously served as a teacher, day treatment site coordinator, director of coaching, assistant principal of operations, and assistant principal of curriculum. In addition to his official roles, Bro. Williams has served on several Cognia Accreditation Teams and the Florida Educational Leadership Exam state validation and finalization team. Bro. Williams is a proud recipient of the Fulbright for Leaders of Global Schools award. Bro. Williams has demonstrated commitment to student achievement throughout all the aforementioned experiences and promotes academic excellence for all students.
Bro. Williams continues to serve his community as he enjoys mentoring teachers and student athletes to build capacity to create frameworks for success. Bro Williams serves as a consultant for special programs to support students and leaders nationwide. Bro Williams uses his academic and athletic achievements to inspire and empower students to push toward their goals and strive for achievement in all life’s endeavors.
Brother Berry is currently the General Manager, Crop Nutrition & Global Industrial Mining for Arkema. In his spare time, Brother Berry enjoys diving and a good bottle of scotch.
Brother Berry is the husband to Angela and father to Jacob and Clarke.
Brother Keys is currently serving his second year as School Leader at KIPP Impact Academy, a public charter serving youth in Northwest Jacksonville. Before this role, he was the assistant school leader for 5 years, he worked as a 7/8th grade science teacher, grade level chair, and content lead.
A native of Washington, D.C., he obtained his bachelor’s and master's degrees from Tennessee State University. Brother Keys is passionate about urban education, successful principal leadership practices; his current research interests include educational leadership, teacher development, quality instruction, and student achievement and its impacts on marginalized and urban youth. During his free time, Brother Keys enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Jon earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Stetson University and later pursued an MBA at the University of Florida. His commitment to excellence and leadership was evident early in his fraternity journey, where he served as Assistant Keeper of Records and worked closely with Membership Training Academy (MTA) initiatives.
Professionally, Jon has a diverse background in finance and healthcare. He has held financial advisory roles at prominent institutions such as Merrill Lynch, E*Trade, TD Ameritrade, and BB&T, where he provided expert guidance to clients on achieving their financial goals. In addition, his experience as a loan officer at PHH, SLS, and JP Morgan Chase further highlights his financial acumen.
Currently, Jon works in the healthcare sector with a focus on minimally invasive surgery, contributing to advancements that enhance patient outcomes and surgical efficiencies. His career reflects a dedication to excellence, adaptability, and a passion for making a positive impact in both his professional and fraternity endeavors.
Jon resides in Jacksonville, FL as a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi, demonstrating the fraternity's core values of achievement in every field of human endeavor.
Brother Pitts has one son who is a member of our noble klan, a Spring 2018 initiate of the University of Alabama - Birmingham Chapter, the Kappa Kappa of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
